When she is not in the salon, Alexah runs on coffee and loves spending time with her two adorable dogs, Nik and Arlo. They love enjoying time together at the beach whenever they can.

Melissa is a talented hairstylist and makeup artist specializing in extensions, lived-in color, bridal hair and makeup, and beautiful, long-lasting blowouts. She also offers a full range of hair and makeup services for men, women, and children.

More than anything, Melissa is passionate about creating a fun, uplifting experience for every guest who sits in her chair. Her heart is to show the love of Jesus through her work while helping each person feel confident, cared for, and excited about their look.

Mikayla Welcher has been in the hair industry for over 6 years and has called West Michigan home her entire life. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have a beautiful little girl.

When she’s not behind the chair, you can usually find her enjoying all things summer, spending weekends at the lake, or with an iced coffee in hand — year round. 

Mikayla loves helping her clients look and feel their best, with lived-in blondes and men’s cuts being some of her favorite services.

Kodi specializes in lived-in and dimensional color, along with all things lashes and brows. Her heart behind her business is to create a relaxing experience where every client leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.

Outside of the salon, you can usually find her with her dogs, iced coffee in hand, or browsing her favorite stores.

Maiah has been in the hair industry for 3 years and specializes in blondes, lived-in color, extensions, and bridal hair. Her love for the beauty industry started at a young age and has truly shaped the stylist she is today.

What makes Maiah so special is the way she cares for people. She loves getting to know each client who sits in her chair and wants every person to leave feeling seen, confident, and uplifted. That heart is exactly where the name Uplifted Hair Co. came from — her goal is for every client to feel uplifted not only by their service, but by their experience with her.

Outside of the suite, Maiah loves spending time with her boyfriend, hanging out with her girls, enjoying summer days up north at her cottage, traveling, and serving with the youth members at her church.

With nearly 12 years behind the chair, Morgan specializes in blonding, dimensional color, and gray coverage — creating hair that feels effortless, beautiful, and personalized to each season of life. She also enjoys dapper cuts for men and fun youth cuts.

Morgan’s faith is at the center of who she is and how she serves. She believes true beauty is found in the way we are created and adorned by God, and she considers it an honor to help each guest feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.

Outside of the salon, Morgan’s greatest joy is being a mom to her two beautiful girls. She loves books, crafting, creating, being outdoors, and finding beauty in the little things. She describes herself as a little “organized chaos” — someone who loves meaningful connection and romanticizing everyday life.

Morgan’s hope is that every guest who sits in her chair feels comfortable, known, and leaves feeling more like themselves than ever.
